    All of our apartments already cover your water and sanitation (trash) with no extra/hidden fees!

    Electricity, internet, or any other utility/service is responsibility of the resident.

  • Your move-in day influences your total move-in costs, speak with a leasing agent for the most accurate pricing information.

    Applicable Fees:
    Application Fee $55
    Admin Fee $350-$550

  • The following are our leasing terms.


    6 Months (Availible Upon Request)
    12 Months
    Month to Month (Only Availible upon completion of a 6 or 12 month lease)

  • We are first time renter friendly, but we still have a couple requirements we must enfore during the application process:

    Income:
    Applicants must make 2.5 times the rent as a minimum.

    Rental History:
    Having previously rented can help you, however having rental collections or evictions can lead to higher move-in costs or even application denial.

    Background:
    Background screening are done when an application is submited—applicants with a criminal history will be denied.

  • It’s recommended you bring your phone, or anything you can take photos with. A notepad will come in handy for information or questions you may have, although our Leasing Agents will provide information upon request.

  • We are proud to call ourselves pet friendly! Our non-refundable pet deposit is $500, along with $25/month for pet rent.
    For Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals must prove documentation to waive these fees.

    Pet Restrictions:
    No dogs over 25lbs.
    No Chows, Dobermans, Rottweilers, or Pittbulls.
